Peer coaching/learning

In this part of our meeting we will be helping the PP in coming up with possible actions that can lead to solving his/her problem. Also, our goal is to draw conclusions that may help us in everyday work and life.

We have about 20 minutes.

1. Presentation 

„PP, please tell us about the problem you would like us to help you with.”

2. Questions to the problem presenter (2-3 min).

We now have 2 minutes to write down questions that we think the PP should consider. Let them be the kind of questions that help in reflection, analysis or creativity.

(Everybody writes down questions on post-its or in the chatbox)

Please read out your questions and please everybody pay attention to all the questions and check which are the most interesting or inspiring for you. Please note them down.

PP, if you want, you can answer a question or two.

3. Advice and suggestions (2-3 min)

Now, in the same way please write down all the advice and suggestions for the PP that come to your mind. We have another 2 minutes for this.

(Have everybody read out all the suggestions in the same way as in point 3)

4. First step

PP, what will you do as a result of this meeting?

5. Collecting learning (especially about 2 & 3)

Look at your notes now. Which questions and suggestions were most interesting for you? What have you learned in this meeting?
